Beckett Christopher
My beautiful friends keep having beautiful babies, and I love getting to take pictures of them. I love the feel of a house when there's a new baby... It feels sleepy and tucked away from the world, in its own time zone. Christy and Jared had their first son, Gaines, almost two years ago, and last week they welcomed Beckett Christopher into the world!
Christy and Jared, I love you guys, and I'm so thankful I got to visit and meet your new little man!
Georgia takes campus
Remember Georgia? The sweet little nugget I took newborn photos for?* She's two years old today! I can't believe it. And in celebration of her 2nd birthday, I thought I'd post some of the photos I took of the whole family a couple weeks ago. Because sadly, these dear friends and neighbors moved to Pittsburg last week. So our game nights and movie nights are temporarily on hold until we're back in the same city. But before they left, they wanted some photos on the UT campus, where they have studied and worked so hard for the last few years. And I also snapped a few photos at their house, to remember the home where Georgia spent her first two years.
Katie and Thomas, we love you guys and we are SO thankful for the last few years with you so close by! Can't wait for you to show us around Pittsburg :) And happy graduation, Dr. Deetjen!

I have had the blessing of photographing Jordan and Christine at their engagement, as a married couple, when they were expecting their first child, and now-- with their son, Jude and soon-to-arrive daughter! I'm so thankful for their friendship which has spanned a decade of my life. I love getting to be a small part of their growing family!
